Currency : All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Cottages and condos : 2-night minimum stay at all times.

Rooms in the Inn and in the Pavillion : 2-night minimum stay during the week-end in peak seasons (certain exceptions may be made depending on availability. Please contact the .).

Credit cards : We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Confirmation policy : In order to guarantee your reservation, a credit card deposit of 35% of the cost of the stay is required prior to confirmation.

Cancellation policy : The deposit is non-refundable; however, you can transfer it within 6 months if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to check-in. Beyond the 30 day limit, no transfer or refund will be made.

Taxes : The touristic tax for the Mauricie region of $2 per room, per night is added to the proposed rates plus a 5% (G.S.T.) + 7.5% (Q.S.T.) tax.

Other information : No credit is given for unconsumed meals or activities.

Cellular telephone and pager service : Cellular telephone service can be very unreliable as the Auberge lies deep in the forest. However, pager service is normally excellent.

Rates : All rates are subject to change without notice.

Animals : We do not accept any animals on the site.

Motors and boats : Because of the propagation of the cyanobacteria (bacteria responsable of the water pollution by the blue-green alguae) it is now forbidden to use your own boats and gas motors on our lakes, there will be no exception to this rule. It is the same rule for kayaks and canoes.
