For a truly peaceful way to experience the natural surroundings, stroll along our hiking trails for a few kilometres, or for a longer all-day hike! Upon request, our Chef will be pleased to prepare a picnic lunch for you to take along.
Mountain bike enthusiasts, feel free to bring along your bike so you can ride on our trails or, if you prefer, simply rent a bike at our Rental Centre.
A dip in the lake and games along the shore make for a fun time for young and old alike on hot summer days! Enjoy yourself on the sand before “taking the plunge” to relax and cool off!
Pedal boats, rowboats, kayaks, or pontoons enable you to discover the lake in all its splendour! Choose your preferred type of location craft and sway to the rhythm of the gentle waves. Take some time to commune with the loons, osprey, herons, and mergansers that frequently visit this lake-speckled paradise. Please note that, in keeping with environmental regulations, you are not permitted to use watercraft and (gas) motors other than our own on the lakes, without exception. Personal canoes and kayaks are allowed for hotel's resident only.
Young children will be pleased to find a playground on the site near the condos where they can play to their hearts’ content on swings, a slide, and in an activities area. Adults can lob a few balls on the tennis or volleyball courts. To keep fit in the great outdoors, bring along your inline skates and use the reserved skate path.
Take advantage of the splendid summer season to admire lupines, laurel, and pitcher plants, and get in close for great photos of this beautiful flora. You may instead prefer to look for bears from the safety of our panoramic viewpoint, or foxes that gently make their way nearby the Inn... Take some time to have a look and you’ll be sure to spot something truly magnificent!
